We created a look and feel that pairs seamlessly with GoodEggs’ corporate brand and celebrates the company’s most valuable resource, its people. To begin, we worked with Brandemix to finalize an employer #RallyPoint that communicates the grocery service’s internal culture, career opportunities, and compelling mission to change the world through food.
GoodEggs' #RALLYPOINT
At the heart of GoodEgg is good people, good food, and good work. The use of warm, down-to-earth imagery of its people, its food, and its cause is essential to communicate the company’s new employer #RallyPoint. Inspired by their customer-facing site, we expanded their color palette and tied it in seamlessly with the corporate brand. Hand-drawn icons give the site an authentic, homegrown feel and the egg shape from the logo as a graphic element visually reinforces the company’s brand and its commitment to good food.
We infused their new #RallyPoint into their new career website. This strengthened their internal culture as well as attracted top-notch candidates who share their vision that good food is the most powerful force for change.
