We created an employer brand identity that pairs seamlessly with MorseLife’s corporate brand and celebrates the company’s most valuable resource, its people.
Photos of actual employees working, achieving, growing and serving to attract like-minded candidates is a key part of communicating the new employer brand and #RallyPoint. Color-coordinated, illustrated leaves and trees, as well as the subtle gradients visually represent the culture of growth and the many opportunities for career development and advancement within the company.
We infused their new #RallyPoint into their employer brand. This created internal excitement, strengthened their culture of development and attracted top-notch, growth-seeking candidates.
We developed a logo to embody their employer brand and the new #RallyPoint. To seamlessly tie the employer logo into the existing corporate brand, we incorporated the leaves from the corporate logo and the colors from the existing employer logo.
We designed a new career website, social media graphics, emails and internal communication platform ads using the new look and feel, to build excitement, generate employer brand awareness and attract more top candidates.
We also designed marketing materials, including a career path brochure set, candidate kit, ads, postcards, and more.
