We created an employer brand identity that pairs seamlessly with N3’s corporate brand and celebrates the company’s most valuable resource, its people. To begin, we worked with Brandemix to finalize an employer #RallyPoint that communicates the sales firm’s internal culture and career opportunities.

The use of bold graphics, type at different angles, disruptive edgy layout, sports metaphors, overlapping elements, arrows and diagonal lines are key parts of engaging potential candidates and communicating the new employer #RallyPoint. These disruptive elements communicate N3’s cutting-edge approach to software sales and their internal culture at a glance.

We developed an identity to embody their employer brand, N3 Careers. To seamlessly tie the employer logo into the existing corporate brand, we incorporated the main logo, brand colors and fonts.

We designed a new career website and LinkedIn graphics, using the new look and feel, to better reflect their internal culture and attract top, like-minded candidates.
