We developed a #RallyPoint and color palette from their existing branding to communicate the software developers’ passion and reason why they do what they do.

The use of illustrated scenes, showing the software’s benefits and features, are a key part of engaging potential customers and communicating the new #RallyPoint. These illustrations make the software’s features come alive in the viewer’s mind so that they are more engaging and impactful.

We infused their new look and feel into their entire brand,
attracting like-minded companies and turning them into
lifelong customers.

We also developed an identity for one of their patented software solutions, Clever Division. To tie the logo into Red Maple’s existing brand we used limited colors from its brand palette. We also found inspiration in the leaf shapes in Red Maple’s logo. We turned this shape into an abstract division symbol to separate the credit card into two parts. We also integrated a division symbol into the text in place of an “i”. These two elements create multiple visual “clever divisions” to visually represent the product’s namesake and main selling point: 2-part authentication. The clean, bold type visually communicates safety and security, both important features of the software.

DIGITAL

We designed a new website, using the new look and feel, to better reflect their growing business needs and showcase their products and features. Then, we increased traffic and sales with a mixed media marketing strategy that included such digital tactics as SEO, digital advertising, paid search advertising, email marketing, content marketing, presentations and more.

To strengthen Red Maple’s presence at global trade shows and position them as a standout player in the Microsoft ecosystem, we partnered with their team to bring their brand to life—visually, strategically, and experientially. Over multiple years, we partnered with Red Maple to bring their brand to life through immersive trade show and event experiences. From custom booth graphics and branded signage to targeted landing pages, digital ads, guidebooks, and follow-up email campaigns, we helped Red Maple show up smarter, engage deeper, and convert leads with confidence—whether on the show floor or at an exclusive rooftop kickoff party.

TRADE SHOW CAMPAIGN 1

For Red Maple’s global Microsoft partner conference, we created a fully integrated campaign that centered around their unique benefit, a one-stop BC payment solution partner. We designed branded kiosk panels, hanging banners, animated display graphics, and digital signage that stood out on the trade show floor.

To support the experience digitally, we designed targeted landing and confirmation pages, a campaign-specific email series, and social media creative that built anticipation and extended reach. Post-event emails and digital touchpoints closed the loop, nurturing booth visitors into qualified leads and future partnerships.

TRADE SHOW CAMPAIGN 2

For a global trade show hosted in their hometown of San Antonio, Red Maple tapped us to create a localized brand experience that stood out on a global stage. We developed a custom trade show strategy and campaign, anchored by a rooftop kickoff party that served as both a networking opportunity and brand touchpoint. To build anticipation, we launched a countdown email campaign and teased The Insider’s Guide to San Antonio—a Red Maple-branded digital guide packed with curated local recommendations. Access was exclusive: attendees could only unlock the guide by visiting the booth or attending the event. QR code-enabled handouts and table tents at the show turned this campaign into an interactive experience, sparking engagement and driving booth traffic.

We also built landing and confirmation pages and follow-up email campaigns to drive attendance and follow-through.
