BRANDING

We worked with Brandemix to visually develop DCLI’s employer brand so that it pairs seamlessly with the corporate brand and celebrates the company’s most valuable resource, its people.

Because the world doesn’t move by itself.

The use of circles, concentric circles, abstract globes, maps, spirals, dots, dotted lines connecting elements, transportation metaphors, and in-motion photography are key parts of engaging potential candidates and communicating the new employer #RallyPoint. These elements of motion communicate DCLI’s forward-thinking, team–driven internal culture at a glance.
