We designed a logo for a one–of–a–kind property, the Champagne Penthouse, to more effectively market the property and pique the interest of wealthy buyers. The logo juxtaposes a refined calligraphic font with a thin, modern font to elevate the brand and communicate the penthouse's interior style at a glance. A classic and sophisticated color palette of black, silver and white, further communicate the elegance and luxury found in this bespoke property.

The use of breathtaking photography of the property and its views were essential to the look and feel. These evoke feelings of awe, luxury, elegance and glamour.

We infused the look and feel into all of the marketing elements to create a consistent and recognizable campaign.


We used the new look and feel to create a direct mail brochure with matching envelopes.



For the open house party, we created a poster to promote the silent auction item.
