BRAND AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

To increase brand awareness and sales, we developed a brand awareness campaign that showcased the company’s values by using the logo as a visual pun. In order to give the campaign an eye-catching look and authentic feel, we used a hand-drawn illustrated style to depict scenes of responsible freedom, passion and safety.

Williams & Williams, wanted to create a new branded office space that reflected their values, celebrated who they are and what they do, and created a sense of community. We based the concept of the design on their values (Grow, Reach, Evolve, Expand, and Nurture), when combined, created the acronym GREEN. This informed the rest of the design. We recycled, reused, renewed and repurposed when we could and used natural substances like organic fabrics, granite, cork, greenery, and wood. To increase the sense of community, we increased the number of conference rooms, added nine community areas, and opened the space to make it more collaborative.

ADVERTISING

To increase leads, we developed a business development campaign. The most iconic visual representations of the brand are the thousands of yellow and black real estate signs. The auction signs stand for a radical way of thinking, and a new approach to real estate sales. One that brings many advantages and benefits including, transparency, forward progress, freedom, new beginnings, opportunity, integrity, and perseverance. We used the play on words “A Sign of” along with compelling images to convey these intangible benefits.

MANUSCRIPT COLLECTION CAMPAIGN

BRANDING

We developed a campaign look and feel for one of Williams & Williams’ historic auctions, the Elizabeth Bacon Custer Manuscript Collection. The look and feel had to fit within their overall branding, yet be unique enough for a stand-alone campaign, capture the essence of the collection, and attract right bidders.

For the campaign, a descendant of Colonel George Armstrong Custer shared images, letters, drawings, newspapers, historic documents, and excerpts from the manuscript collection. These were a key part of communicating the historical authenticity and importance of the collection. To gain interest and attention, we included hand-made touches like wrapped tissue paper parcels tied with string, a gold wax seal with Custer’s initials, a hand-made genuine leather binder and more. These elements, along with the sepia-tone collages and parchment paper background, communicated the historical significance and breadth of the contents. The parchment parchment also instantly gave the piece a genuine, antique quality. To further interest potential buyers, we made the stories and history come to life with quotes and excerpt callouts.

create a consistent and recognizable campaign.

MILWAUKEE PENTHOUSE CAMPAIGN

BRANDING

We developed a campaign look and feel for one of Williams & Williams’ luxury real estate auctions of a modern Milwaukee penthouse. The look and feel had to fit within their overall branding, capture the essence of the property and yet be unique enough for a stand-alone campaign that would attract the right bidders.

Bold, clean design and colors, angled lines, dramatic images of the property, artwork, and views, as well as the brand’s color black were key parts of communicating the modern and luxurious amenities of the home. We used a Piet-Mondrian-inspired layout to accentuate the bold architectural features and floor to ceiling windows, showcase the personal property, and to give the design a luxurious, bold, modern feel. The bold, angled dark line of the staircase inspired the bold, angled stripes we used throughout the design.

We expanded the look and feel across all of the marketing elements to
create a consistent and recognizable campaign.

INDIAN SPRINGS COUNTRY CLUB CAMPAIGN

We developed a campaign look and feel for one of Williams & Williams’ commercial real estate auctions, the Indian Springs Country Club and Golf Course. The look and feel had to fit within their overall branding, capture the essence of the property, and yet be unique enough for a stand-alone campaign that would attract the right bidders.

Immaculate green turf, well-manicured vegetation, ariel views of the grounds, patrons enjoying the facilities and amenities were key parts of communicating the income-earning potential of the property. We used hand-drawn illustrations give the design a nostalgic, exclusive and high-end feel.

We expanded the look and feel across all of the marketing elements to
create a consistent and recognizable campaign.

BAJA CALIFORNIA LAND CAMPAIGN

We developed a campaign look and feel for one of Williams & Williams’ real estate land auctions, 9 miles of coastline in Baja, California. The look and feel had to fit within their overall branding, capture the essence of the property, and yet be unique enough for a stand-alone campaign that would attract the right bidders.

Pristine white sand beaches, crystal-blue water, native wildlife, natural vegetation, ariel views, and the color blue which represented the ocean, were key parts of communicating the tropical scenery and potential of the property. We used a outline of the coastline for the background, to emphasize its location and give the design a more modern, abstract feel.

We expanded the look and feel across all of the marketing elements to
create a consistent and recognizable campaign.
